What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to configure alerts and ads visual elements to dashboards across every page of the platform making it easy to build advanced visualizations. I like representation of the information of the Application based on throughput, response time and error identification

What do you dislike most about this product?

The new UX was released quickly and it surprised my team with many features that are difficult to learn and keep up. The data is too congested at times and a better UI could improve this

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can query any type of data and build visualizations very quickly. Also New Relic captures a tremendous amount of information without doing a lot of custom logging

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?

I must obtain the correct agent for our program, whether Java, Python, Dot Net, or anything else, install them, and get them up and running. Additionally, it is helpful to export and share dashboards with others. This has allowed me to communicate with different stakeholders more quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My team and I can get all the information we need in one place, thanks to New Relic, which is easy to set up. Ultimately, I have to obtain the correct agent for our program, whether Java, Python, Dot Net, or anything else, install them, and get them up and running. This tool aids in the investigation of errors, the tracking down of slow-loading web pages, and the verification and fixing of issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be excellent to know the new features before selecting the refresh option for new features on the main New Relic One website. Because there are so many customizing options, there is a little learning curve. Despite having a lot of knowledge, it still takes me some time to find out how to apply it more efficiently for better business results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All system monitoring, log intake, search, uptime alerts, and other services are available from New Relic in one place. It offers a variety of incredible capabilities for query language abilities that support the creation of unique charts in the query builder. A helpful dashboard allows users to personalize dashboards, enable alerts with real-time tracking, and keep track of all monitors, other activities, and application performance.

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?

The dashboard can be easily developed with New Relic, and it meets all of our criteria, which is its key advantage. If we don't have a solution, we can ask challenging questions on the.newrelic.com website, which is offered by the New Relic website. We may make many adjustments to notifications to ensure we are always informed of everything we need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whether our program is written in Java, Python, Dot Net, or another language, I must download, install, and launch the appropriate agent. Using this application makes it easier to find websites that take a long time to load, troubleshoot or investigate faults, and confirm and resolve problems. I like the possibility of adding specific calls with customized instrumentation by quickly updating the server settings because it lets users understand more about particular methods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Before choosing the refresh option for new features on the main New Relic One website, it would be ideal to be aware of them. There are only so many web pages or websites that encapsulate everything. Choosing the perfect product for a certain activity might take time and effort. To retrieve accurate results, we must rerun the query.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By eliminating the need to install, run, and manage additional monitoring equipment or data repositories, out-of-the-box connection for open-source products simplifies setup and saves time and money. We have all of our tracking data in one place so we can reliably investigate our known unknowns. We're pleased with how it's being used generally.
