Best tool for APM monitoring - Dependency , service map , tracking , and much more Extensive use of NRQL Define MMTR / MTTA. - Incident post mortem analysis Automated Alerts management through NRQL and API AI / ML for trend analysis and correlating multiple alerts into single alert

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
incident management and tracking with AI , Correlating incidents and finding under the single pane Defining SRE principles - SLI/SLA/SLO Cool Synthetic monitoring along with network tracing Drop Filters with NRQl support to reduce the cost of unwanted logs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Incident Tracking (MTTA , MTTR ) SRE - SLO/SLA Dashboarding and APM
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not as such as this is a complete monitoring solution for even multi cloud clients
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are lot of plugins which help sre to find the expired APM agents , apps with no DT , No infinite tracing start using those cool plugins

Fantastic Tool with best Dashboarding and APM

What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
APM - Includes Monitoring , live Java heap profiler , Live change tracking ( Deployments of apps and its dependent services under the hood ), After deployment changes happened in the system. Dashboarding - Really cool dashboards which can include user journey and System Health tracking Automated Alerts and self healing support
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
APM - Live Profiler , Deployments that happened in last time tracking Dashboarding - Can buid really cool dashboards Multi Cloud integration support AD integration with no hassle
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not as such
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bit cheaper than other tools we have used and are there in Market Custom Metrics Integration to show the custom user journey and Build trend on top of that
