Being able to control all of my student stations with one click is a daily time saver

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can’t set a classroom layout that doesn’t reset after a day or a week. Everything we have tried fails.

Practice with an empty classroom before using new features

What differentiates NetSupport School from other similar products?

The price point of Net Support is extremely attractive. The service Net Support provides in relationship to price is far superior than other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Net Support we are able to track student activity across the web. This can be very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, Netsupport has glitches that can be difficult for teachers to pinpoint and repair. However, the IT department is able to provide assistance. It would just be easier if fixing things were a bit more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Provide some upfront training for everyone using the product. Establish a strong connection with the IT department.
