What differentiates NetSupport Manager from other similar products?

Being able to see all screens at one time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate being able to blackout all screens, as well as see all the screens.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that I can only blackout all screens instead of just screens of my choice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Net support has been such an amazing tool to help me make sure my students are working productively and safely on their own computers. It allows me to blackout their screens to have them focus on me, or whatever else, and it allows me to push sites out to students which saves so much time. I don’t want to imagine tech class without it!

What differentiates NetSupport Manager from other similar products?

NetSupport Manager stands out due to its comprehensive remote-control capabilities including real-time monitoring across a wide range of platforms and devices. Its ability to provide highspeed and secure connections, even across complex networks is what differentiates it the most over similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of NetSupport Manager, is its robust remote support and monitoring features that allow for seamless management of devices over any network, which makes the IT work much easier and without the need to physically go from one place to another.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing structure is something that I dont like about NetSupport as it is costly, which makes it hard for smaller agencies to think about having such a solution installed and specially because they offer the whole set of features as one and you cannot get a cheaper version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend NetSupport for companies and organizations that are looking to implement or upgrade their remote management tools. As mentioned in my reviews above, with regards to its use and technicality, NetSupport is the best in my point of view, the only issue that remains is whether the company is able to afford it without breaking their backs or not.
