What differentiates NetSupport Manager from other similar products?
I've never seen another product with the amount of versatility and features that Net Support has. It can do everything we need for proctoring exams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The monitoring feature, and the lock down feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the discovery of new devices can be tricky. And installing it on 40 machines at a time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learn its features. It will provide such a great experience.
