What differentiates NetSuite PSA from other similar products?

The customizations that we are able to make to our dashboard. When I used Salesforce previously at my old job we couldn't do that.

Being able to customize the dashboard

I don't have anything I dislike

Not sure I'm still navigating it myself but I think it's a good product so far
