What do you dislike most about this product?

Products are often designed with user-friendliness in mind. The interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly, allowing employees and compliance professionals to navigate and use the software effectively without extensive training. However, I feel design can be improvised more for all the end user's

Out of box features are robust and meets most of the requirements, ease of implementation and manage

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to report anonymous incidents and track it via codes and how this can be linked to the company website

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data Migration can be a challenge

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan on the data migration strategy and mapping of the values / drop downs for migrating incidents and reports from legacy system
