I am not sure about the other product so no comment .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting feature , process integration and dashboard . HR and training

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far , but like to see more improved version in future

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product offer vast area of integration, Risk analysis , implementing policies and compliance. Resource improvement , vender management with good reporting and dashboard.
