Ability to report anonymous incidents and track it via codes and how this can be linked to the company website

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data Migration can be a challenge

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan on the data migration strategy and mapping of the values / drop downs for migrating incidents and reports from legacy system
