Overall a fantastic travel management software

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?

I have only used TripActions so far, thus I cannot make a comparison with other similar products. But compared to just using Google Calendar and Calendly to manage my schedule before (including trips & other traveling), TripActions is much more comprehensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that TripActions has the dashboard that is neatly organized despite many elements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of anything that I really dislike about TripActions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it and use this product, it really is a catch!

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?

It's probably the most simple and direct software I've ever used. I love that it gets the job done with little effort and the consumer experience is magical.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that I'm paid right away! The benefits of reimbursement aren't as much of a benefit if your HR doesn't get you reimbursed quickly (or at all). I love that TripActions makes it simple for me and for the managers to review my submission and the money is deposited within days into my account. So easy!

What do you dislike most about this product?

None. The process is so simple that I have to double-check that I didn't miss a step. But I didn't! It really is that easy!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to save time and money and keep the process simple - then TripActions is for you!

What differentiates Navan from other similar products?

Seems to be that TripActions has a really nice user interface, makes it super easy to book all your travel and manage expenses in one place, with a reasonably modern UI

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having everything in one place, really great that they have the liquid card as part of the system as that makes expenses very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The flight pricing, I can usually find cheaper on my own, but am locked into TripActions due to company policy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really great product, makes your staff's lives a lot easier
