What differentiates Namely from other similar products?

It has a wide range of features and is highly adaptable. Tracking HR data has never been easier than with this system's reporting and analytics features. It works nicely with our applicant tracking system (ATS), allowing for complete data capture and transfer during the hiring process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Namely's newsfeed part was fantastic for keeping remote workers interested in their work. We also liked that when problems arose, we could pretend to be an employee to assist fix them. I like how straightforward it is for workers to communicate with one another and with customers via the site.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with the platform initially takes more time than expected, particularly when assigning permissions to various groups within an organization. After you learn how to adjust the settings and make it visible, it becomes second nature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It facilitates the centralization of HR administration. Our company has benefited from the harmonization of performance management, goal-setting, and the automation of other activities related to pay raises and promotions.

What differentiates Namely from other similar products?

Namely is constantly upgrading its infrastructure and incorporating customer feedback to further improve the service. Instead of updating features that might not be used as often, it would be great if they could put more effort towards improving things like user payroll and time efficiency and time-saving functions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The HRIS home page is organized well, and I appreciate that all of our 10 offices can communicate with each other. Employees and management alike will appreciate the home page's straightforward layout, and they'll find a wealth of useful features spread across multiple tabs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More features would be nice, as would tighter integration between the time tracking and payment system and the HRIS. During the payroll weeks, I need to run a separate report in which I manually enter each employee's mileage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Namely consolidates my human resources records, so I can easily access them whenever I need them. I can also use it to check my salary and tax paperwork, request time off, and sync up with the team calendar.
