The customer interface is highly intuitive, very well structured and easy to use.

Speed of booking

Lacks coupons / offers on corporate cards

Look into following aspects - 1. Credit limit allowance 2. Credit card offers - corporate 3. Complimentary upgrades

What differentiates myBiz from other similar products?

MyBiz provides a detailed report of the GST bills which is very useful for filing returns. The dashboard is pretty and shows all information in one go

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use. Quick booking, quick confirmation. However the trust factor with hotel booking is low. The quality of hotel signed up are not at par

What do you dislike most about this product?

The hotel listed on the first page are usually not good. You have to dig through all the photos and check the washroom to ensure clean and good bathrooms. So In term of trust cannot go and blindly book the hotel

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think the MyBiz assured hotel needs to have some samples selection procedure. Each assured hotel has to be a fuss free booking and quality stay
