What differentiates MPDV MES HYDRA X from other similar products?
The ability to accommodate many different types of manufacturing processes. Also the expertise of MPDV in customizing the system where may be required for specific industry of system process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Major traceability of transactions within the system back to individuals. This enables the manufacturing sites to better ascertain detail information and provide specific training where applicable
What do you dislike most about this product?
Renewal cost are very high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you have a extremely clear expectation of the MES system as it pertains to there requirements. MPDV system has many modules and ways to implement, so the product review can be potentially overwhelming due to breaths of options. Maintain what are top requirements and focus there. Also recommend before purchasing to spend time and money taking the a few of the classes to better understand how to configure the system. this will enable the company to better understand the skill requirements for implementation and maintaining going forward.
