Reward Expiry: Users have noted that the monthly expiration of reward points can lead to a last-minute rush to give away points, which might make the recognition feel less genuine. What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?

Is an easy to use tool because it is reminiscent of social networks, you can add photos, gifs and emojis. It has been highly valued internally and allows recognition at different levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the cultural impact it has on the teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The survey notification and settings could be more user friendly.
