The layout and interface is much more professional based. It isn't as flashy, which means the news isn't about the pretties post.

reminders to thank those in your team that haven't been thanked recently

if you don't interact with someone in your team, its can show as lack of involvement with the reminders that you haven't thanked them or its been a while since.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
not give x days since you last thanked someone on the team, rather just stack them as most recently thanked.
