SaaS solution lacks features compared to other tools int he AIOps space.

Nothing highlighted on SaaS was my favorite.

lack of integrations available out of the box

What differentiates Moogsoft from other similar products?

AIOps and ML features that provides great services to customer. Prevents Outages and reduces noise. The Enrichment modules allows to customize alerts from various data sources and provide actionable insights.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

WorkFlow Engine

ML is not completely documented

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great AIOps tool for organizations who want to reduce the unwanted noise of alerts and customize the ingested data in a way to get better insights out of it.
