Easy implementation and User friendly Almost everything is possible from UI, minimal code or config changes required. Highly customizable.

AIOps and ML features that provides great services to customer. Prevents Outages and reduces noise. The Enrichment modules allows to customize alerts from various data sources and provide actionable insights.

WorkFlow Engine

ML is not completely documented

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great AIOps tool for organizations who want to reduce the unwanted noise of alerts and customize the ingested data in a way to get better insights out of it.
