What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
The support team are super helpful and will guide you through the process and are ready to provide you with all the help needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SurveyMonkey is easy to use and has a lot of templates for surveys that you can use along with ready made questions that will automatically show while you are creating the survey using the survey builder. You can also chose any type of question in your survey such as multiple choice or chose one of the below and so on...
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont like that you have to pay to be able to download reports, but what makes it a small issue is that when you become a paid member you will have a lot of extra features that you can use and the cost of the subscription is not much.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for the paid version from the start, its worth it!

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
The continues updates on the features are unique for Survey monkey who has a team that knows what they are doing and keep us (their clients) eager for more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing i like about Survey monkey is the amount of features that you get for such a small cost. Using survey monkey, you will be able to collect data from you audience without having to worry about whether this solution will be able to handle the number of people you are surveying and eventually you will be able to extract the data from the surveys according to your needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The dashboard and layout of the data exported needs a makeover.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a solution that will help you create and manage data from a big amount of surveys his is one of the best solutions available on the market.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
The question bank is something that I have only seen in Survey Monkey, and it really helps to save time when adding recurring questions to your surveys. When you build your survey, you see them in the left-hand menu - most popular questions, grouped in categories, and questions that you often use. SurveyMonkey also offers a robust templates bank - instead of creating your survey from scratch, you can start with a ready template. All templates are organized in groups (i.e. customer feedback, demographic, education, HR). After choosing a template you can add, modify and remove questions and answers, adjusting it to your needs. Really helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is really easy to use. Building a survey is pretty intuitive: adding questions, sections, company logo, changing order. I really appreciate the bulk answers option, it is easier to copy and paste a list of answers from the document I already have than typing them directly into the tool. Also, the results analysing part is really nicely done. Working with results, filtering and comparing answers from different respondents' groups is very practical. You don't have to export your results to excel to compare feedback from, say, two types of users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I didn't like the way of adding logic (skipping/filtering) - it was sometimes not so intuitive, easy to get confused. I lacked piping from matrix question. It's a bit pricey compared with competitors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's definitely one of the top products on the market. Give it a try, get a free trial and test it yourself - you are going to like the way of creating surveys. If you work with many repetitive surveys and/or questions, this product may really help you save time.
