What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

The AI prompt is beautiful . In recent times, I use it as the bedrock of surveys I create . I only need to write a description of the kind of survey, I want to create and the AI prompt suggests the output, content and structure of the survey. This leaves me with way less work to do , as far as survey creation goes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The analytical side of Surveymonkey is lovely. I love the beautiful graphs and charts that helps highlight different aspects of my survey results.. The way Surveymonkey presents my survey data in graphs and charts, makes it easier to better understand my survey results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Collaboration when creating surveys with Surveymonkey is very weak. There is basically no way for multiple users to create and edit surveys simultaneously. In my opinion, this is a major weakness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Surveymonkey can get very complicated, especially when analyzing reports. Therefore, there is a need for adopting teams to have professionals in-house trained to configure this software to get the best analytical reports from survey data it generates.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

It has brought us benefits at a work level in two ways, using customer support surveys to obtain feedback on our products and to be able to understand how the market behaves, the likes and dislikes, as well as suggestions from each of our customers; As an internal tool, it has been a work support tool where the work team can leave their comments from any point of view that we are evaluating, from their satisfaction in the job, problems that may arise, thus being able to collect data that allow us to work based on this, in the search for constant improvement and to better understand the environment in which we are operating.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to collect data through the efficient generation of surveys, as it gives us a variety of dynamic options that allow us to delve deeper in a personalized way into how we want to approach the information, what detail, question or visual form we want to collect our data. It provides a final view of the result of our surveys, collecting in detail each of the responses received, in the same way it performs a detailed analysis and unifying responses to evaluate the information in a much more dynamic way through a final report. It is a simple platform to use, anyone on the team can handle the tools and it maintains its intuitiveness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can only highlight two negative aspects: one of them is the slow flow of the interface, when we navigate and try to do our data analysis work, the platform can become saturated and become too slow, this slows down our ability to work and makes it more tedious. Another thing is customer support, we have tried to contact them on a couple of occasions due to errors that appear in our surveys sometimes and we have not been able to get an immediate response, sometimes these types of situations occur in an inopportune way and we must solve them quickly, however, by not getting answers we have had to solve them in other alternative way

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is important to keep in mind that reports are sometimes not so easy to understand, having a qualified team to use this type of platform is essential during the work process, this allows you to avoid any type of inconvenience along the way, because when the platform becomes too complicated and the reports somewhat tedious to understand, it is essential to have a team that knows how to manage the platform, configure it and really adapt it to the needs of the project.
