What differentiates Miva from other similar products?

I would compare MIVA with PayPal Commerce Platform, it has quite similar functions in terms of electronic commerce, but MIVA lacks integration with other mobile devices, or desktop applications, although the best tools for seo are in MIVA, in addition to customer assistance It is much better and more active, of course if MIVA offered a free version like PayPal Commerce it would really be a platform to choose the first option without hesitation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MIVA stands out for the numerous tools it has for the management of promotions, you can take your digital commerce, through techniques such as e-mail commerce, mobile commerce, the good thing about the software is that you can manage your digital store in an analytical way to know how the sales behave, give better tools to your customers such as the management of discounts, give us as suppliers better management of orders and also the same comparators to the products they purchased, additionally to capture potential potential customers, this would not be possible If the tools that MIVA offers were not available, to know the purchase pattern o

What do you dislike most about this product?

MIVA updates tend to confuse us as frequent users of sopftware, and we have been using it for a long time, even so every time we think we have mastered it, a new update makes us get lost a bit, right now we are trying to handle the refund management with better training We want to know how to handle these cases with the software in our digital store, but I can only say that we are going slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MIVA is a very complete software, hence it has a somewhat higher price in its packages than normal, so trying to link it with other software can bring a higher cost, so we would recommend new users if they want to integrate To MIVA with another platform, analyze objectively which one should really be selected, thus avoiding having double or obsolete functions.
