What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Miro is assisting me in organizing various aspects of the enterprises and projects that I am doing. In today's environment, when information travels at breakneck speed, the ability to structure and organize it is critical. Miro has made it simple for teams all around the world to participate and digitally capture everything without having to go back and document it later. It is perfect for collaboration among stakeholders and teamwork.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First and foremost, creating a mind map is quite convenient. The tools are straightforward and useful. Furthermore, the canvas size is endless, which is rarely seen in other similar applications. Miro's greatest strength is its adaptability and breadth: depending on the scope and complexity of your project, you may use it as a supplement or as the sole tool. Miro is something I use not just for my own projects, but also for my day-to-day job at a huge corporation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe the registration procedure's login process is very complicated. It also becomes more crowded when used on many devices. When it opens, I check the browser; it's a little slower than on the desktop, which isn't a bad thing, but there's always space for improvement. Miro has several limits on boards with many components, and resynchronization issues may arise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the best collaborative workplace software. Even better if it can be controlled remotely. Furthermore, its endless canvas size is a huge benefit for designers when creating mind maps. Make use of templates to help you with your task. Try to organise the work as best you can, and don't be afraid to create visually appealing aspects because it will assist a lot with usability: the more orderly and clean the board is, the better it will serve you.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Teamwork is far too simple to manage now that I use Miro. It transformed how we shared documents, images, sketches, and ideas. It functions similarly to a traditional whiteboard, with the added benefit of real-time collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Miro is fantastic, and I use it daily to help me organize my thoughts. Miro's simplicity is my favorite feature. It assists me in everything from strategic planning, project management, mind mapping, and workflows. I like teams that can collaborate on a single board, adding comments and building together. Miro allows teams to easily move, delete, and add objects and texts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The history of changes is difficult to track e.g who did what and when, who put this element where? when? What contribution did teammates make? etc. What this tool does not provide is an actual meeting call/video for that, we must use other means of communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best software to arrange webinars. We have mostly used it as a brainstorming tool since we first started using it. The design of Miro is based on intuition and teamwork. It can be used on any device without the need to install any additional software or plugins. A quick learner who can quickly engage a diverse group of people.

Excellent tool for prototyping

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

We use InVision to build richer animations and prototypes for testing. I am in charge of building graphical interfaces for smartphone applications or website interfaces. It is also simple to prepare assets from InVision, such as color samples, typography, icon set, and characters.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is straightforward and focused, but not at the price of significant features such as sophisticated animation transitions. I really appreciate how you can upload prototype URLs for various purposes, such as user testing, feedback, and so on, and choose whether changes are saved and published or just stored. It is also feasible to construct the drawing boards in Photoshop and then import the work into InVision to produce the real prototype, which can then be shared with the customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The process of connecting displays to construct a prototype is time-consuming. Furthermore, InVision does not automatically adjust to the screen size of the device on which the preview is presented; you must specify which portion of an artboard is visible, i.e. set a vertical breakpoint, and the width of the artboard will shrink or grow to match the device. Touch motions are also lacking. Otherwise, fantastic software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Obviously, if you're thinking of switching to InVision (or any similar product) from something else, there will be a learning curve. InVision has showed a lot of potential in the previous several years and has developed into a great solution in this market, in my opinion. Personal experience has shown me that it is superior than Sketch in certain ways but lacking in others. It is now the best program for UI/UX design, and it can handle both the design and prototype phases.
