It's simple user interface and ability to keep everyone updated about whats happening across organisation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an HR professional, I usual post open job roles and like the way it reached to everyone in the organisation and also it keeps us updated about new joiners. I love the feature to connect with more communities as well

This is a great tool for any organisation looking for employee engagement and related solutions.

What differentiates Microsoft Viva Connections from other similar products?

Microsoft Viva connections distinguish itself from other similar products in its ability to form a centralized access point to range of Microsoft 365 tools and applications. This all encompassing approach enables a more focused workflows for employees as they can easily reach information pertaining to the organization culture ans communication. Al driven insights have also been more incorporated into viva connections in order to automatically provide useful material and suggestions and create a more committed and productive workforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It foster a simplified yet effective communication method while bringing the relevant tools and collective resources at once place. It serves as a stop shop for the user by providing the pertinent updates, information and announcements eliminating the need to find suxh across various platform's and sources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

People who have not worked with Microsoft 365 tools need to learn a lot initially to get familiar with the product, this point to the fact that there is a learning curve associated with setting up and using viva connections. Although it should be noted that customization can be made within viva connections, still templates are quit limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is highly recommended, but still In assessment of how well Viva connections supports the existing technology ecosystem examine what other technologies live inside it. Use training materials and support methods available in order to ensure that the team learns how to use and adopt Viva connections properly and efficiently.
