What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Viva Connections is its seamless integration within Microsoft Teams. It turns Teams into a central hub where employees can access all their important resources, personalized content, and communications without leaving the platform they already use daily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Viva Connections is the restricted customization—users have limited control over personalizing their dashboards and layouts, which can make the experience feel less tailored and engaging for diverse roles and preferences.

Its seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 which allows our employees to access everything they need for communication, collaboration, and engagement in one unified platform, without the friction of switching between multiple tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its over reliance on the Microsoft 365

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Organization should ensure they ready to invest time in customization, provide adequate training, and involve key stakeholders early in the process. They should regularly update and refine the platform based on usage and feedback to keep it effective for their workforce.
