Unlike other workplace platforms, Viva Connections blends seamlessly with tools we already use, so it feels like an enhancement rather than another system to learn.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One feature that stands out is the ability to personalize the dashboard. We’ve set ours up with direct links to financial reports, policy documents, and even a feed of company news relevant to our department. It’s like having a custom homepage for everything we need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The setup process, particularly for customizing the dashboard and aligning it with our intranet, took more effort than we anticipated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since implementing Viva Connections, we’ve seen better engagement across the team. Whether it’s accessing the latest financial KPIs or participating in company-wide surveys, everyone stays in the loop.
