What do you dislike most about this product?

Personally, I found the initial setup to be very difficult. I've connected with Microsoft Project's customer service in order to help. All of my queries were answered by the knowledgeable Microsoft Project customer service team. I've even received a lot of useful pointers for using the software. Thank you. There aren't many things to say negatively about Microsoft Project. The software accomplishes what I expected from them. Perhaps adding a few more adjustment options would be beneficial. Additionally, it has come to our attention that we are unable to create repeating tasks, which is not particularly beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is excellent for project development because it allows for the creation of reports in real time and allows for the individual planning of each phase. One of the most important features enables you to have precise control and carry out precise calculations. This software has a ton of tutorials that will really help you understand the program and how to use it. Because we had previously received some training on how to use the software and incorporate it into our business processes through the planning and execution of projects, the integration of Project into our company was excellent and simple.

It’s needs more focus on agile project delivery.

Think about which project approaches are in use: agile / waterfall. The product caters well for both but mostly waterfall.
