What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
It's relatively easy to use.Its well connected with all Microsoft products such as SharePoint list ,MS sql server and also supports a wide variety of external data sources such as oracle server etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The drag and drop feature of different types of charts to the canvas and creating visualizations with just a flew clicks is by far the best feature I like.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Data preview of large datasets takes a lot of time and maybe a future update for faster loading of data should be great..
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a Microsoft 365 user you should use Powerbi instead of any other alternative option as it's well connected with the microft ecosystem.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
I appreciate a power bi's intelligence because it sets him apart. Excel's power query editor is extremely slow, but Power Bi's version is really optimised, cool, and quick.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best business intelligence platforms I've used is Microsoft Power BI Desktop. It can connect to numerous data sources to extract and compile data, and it is user-friendly and well-designed. The integration and implementation were straightforward and simple to understand. The tools for reporting and data visualisation are very effective and goal-oriented.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The management of large data sources can appear "messy" and may call for some patience to navigate and re-adjust the data sets, which is one drawback of Microsoft Power BI. To fully appreciate the tool's functionality and usability, it takes some time to become accustomed to it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The existence of this tool is amazing. All reporting and BI tasks have been simplified.

Versatile and Numerous Data Visuals: Power BI offers a vast selection of data visualization options from its library and AppSource, which enables users to create a wide variety of visuals to meet their data visualization needs. This feature makes it easy for us as a business, to find the most relevant visualizations for our data and use them to make informed decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag-and-Drop Capabilities: Power BI's drag-and-drop feature allows users to quickly build dashboards and reports by clicking on an empty space on the dashboard, dragging a data source, and creating a visual in seconds. This feature makes data visualization and analysis more efficient and effective, allowing businesses to gain insights from their data faster.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Rigid Integrations: Power BI has limitations when it comes to integrating with non-Microsoft applications and third-party tools. While it is still possible to integrate with other sources and tools, the process can be frustrating and not always smooth. This can limit the scope of data that can be analyzed and insights that can be gained.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Power BI provides both cloud and desktop deployment options. This provides users with options when transforming or distributing data.
