What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Micosoft Power BI is an excellent business intelligence and visualization tool. It has lot of features and can be integrated easily with other Microsoft products. One can directly embed the dashboards built in Micosoft Power BI in the Sharepoint webparts. Power BI has lots of chart types available like Pie, bar charts, line graphs, butterfly charts, maps, word clouds and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Power BI is easy to use. It has the capability to take data from multiple sources like flat files, csv, excel, databases, and many other online media. It has the capability to clean the data, prepare it and store it for further analysis. People can utilize the product to get great data insights which helps management to take better decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is useful and has no dislikes. Being a Microsoft product the license cost is involved. The Market trends can be depicted using Power BI. One can do forecasting using the forecasting algorithms available with Micosoft Power BI. The dashboards and reports can be shared with required stakeholders easily using Power BI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would surely recommend others to use Microsoft Power BI.
