Additionally, Power BI's integration with other Microsoft products, such as Excel and SharePoint, makes it a popular choice for organizations already using these tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

a steep learning curve for new users, limited customization options for visuals, and occasional performance issues with larger datasets.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

I feel Power Bi provides a wide range of data connectors where end user can fetch the data from example databases, files, cloud storage etc. which is way more than its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Power BI as a visualization tool is very effective, it is very easy to start here and later by practicing one can become pro in developing reports and dashboards. As most of the features in the Power BI desktop is self explanatory, no extra information is required to understand its functionalities. I like the range of connectors it provides where end user can connect to their source data residing in any place be it on-premise or on cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost all the required features are available in Power BI, only thing is it takes a lot of time while refreshing the dataset and loading those dataset in the model. Microsoft should work on this aspect of the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this Microsoft product to others as it is very easy to start using and developing basic to advance reports and dashboards in Power BI. End user being a beginner can easily spend couple of hours to learn and develop the entire visualization solution.
