What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Microsoft Power BI differentiates itself with its ability to be integrate-able with other microsoft tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I especially like how can we transfer internal company data from other sources to this tool and visualize this tool to see sometimes even the real time analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things that makes this tool less valuable is that it's not working great with advertising tools such as Google, Facebook and twitter due to lack of connectors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to take a look a the alternatives also if they have an option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Power BI provide advanced data transformation capabilities, enabling users to shape and clean data efficiently. It is also integrates AI and machine learning capabilities for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and anamoly detection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Power BI primarily targets windows users, which can be a limitation for organizations with mixed operating systems. The free version of power BI has limitations on data storage which can be restrictive for organizations with extensive data needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implement proper data security and governance practices, especially when working with sensitive and confidential data. Understand how data sharing and access controls work within power BI. Invest time in learning fundamentals of power BI, including data modelling, data importing, creating visuals, and using DAX formulas.
