Performance, Automation, Customisation like dashboards ,metrics and alerts are in usp of this product. It can be tailored based on users needs improving both reporting and user adoption.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Performance issues during large datasets. Steep learning curve Collaboration restrictions in free version Data export limitations. Like Excel or CSV. Limited offline capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in learning power query which helps in cleaning, reshaping and transforming data. It also saves lot of time and efforts while preparing reports. Plan for collaboration. Schedule refresh efficiently And stay updated and leverage the power BI community.

powerBI pro provides one of the most affordable solutions for small and medium size enterprises and power BI premium provide even more cost efficiency for large organisations with high number of users seamless integration with Microsoft products, such azure, Excel, office365, SharePoint and teams making it natural stack for the organisations were already using Microsoft products drag-and-drop feature makes it familiar interface and usability built in artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities power VI provides most from a security and enhanced features which makes it easy for organisations to manage large data sets
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the favourite aspect of this power BI is seamless integration with the Microsoft enabled ecosystem which makes it incredibly efficient for organisations already using Microsoft products to enhance their data workflows without having to adopt an entirely new tool set the similarity of this interface combined with powerful features like power for its data preparation purposes an AI drive features natural language query empowering both technical and non-technical users to analyse data effectively This is very effective for organisations looking to create real time collaborative dashboard with minimal learning curve
What do you dislike most about this product?
Complex, data modelling, and dax formulas can have a Steep learning curve for non-technical users like in the case of our BI advanced features, while handling large data sets in power BI performance can get slowdown especially if not using power BI premium version, which is a paid version limitations on customisation of visuals due to limited facility in power when compared to other visualisation sources Might not always offer flexibility. It's heavy premium pricing for large organisations, especially for data sets, frequent software updates can most of the time lead to compatibility and version issues which leads to interruption in data
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
understanding in organisation that needs beforehand also aligning it will organisation KPI goals when dealing with large datasets, leveraging power query feature for data transformation purposes which is the powerful cleaning, transforming and combining data. Automatic routine data transformation to ensure that the report always display accurate information without any manual intervention, investing time in learning data analysis expressions dax allows to create complex calculations, make sure to take advantage of existing visuals and templates, set up row level security in the system, plan for scalability, automating data refreshes
