What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
Its integrated with every microsoft data source such as excel,sharepoint which makes connecting to data sources really easy
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to understand user interface with options to drag and drop of visuals to the canvas and connect data tables The trasnformation screen has all functions to carry out all necessary data transformations
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data loading time for large datasets is very high something should be done to improve the data preview time for large datasets
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended if you are an office 365 user and work with microsoft products

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
Power BI manages large volumes of data well . Its robust caching architecture and allowance for in-memory analytics makes the data visualization process more fluid and responsive to our data needs .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Power Bi is user friendly and easy to use for non-technical data professionals. For me, adopting Power BI in the context of my company has helped us to advance the data-first culture of my organization,.. The ability to customize our own visuals, in addition to the hundreds of visual options available on default to users are key positive sides to Power BI as a data visualization platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Power BI primary limitation is with how it struggles to integrate with non- Microsoft applications and tools utilized at my department. I believe PowerPoint created this bottleneck by design to foster the adoption of Microsoft applications within teams.. However , in the case of my company , due to our strategy of adopting diverse applications, this limitation has sometimes made the process of extracting data from third party sources cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For companies looking at a fast learning curve for employees in terms of data visualization activities, I highly recommend Power BI .
