A much better integration with third party apps like additional charts along with NLP based features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The look and feel is like MS Office which works well for training our business stakeholders

What do you dislike most about this product?

Was not a fan of the complex licence structures which need to be more tailored to your clients

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Skip the sales pitch, instead ask for a sales/technical engineer to give you a detailed demo and new features
