What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

The facility to show both statistical data and critical information for the company, we can use thousands of functionalities that its field could be infinite, the ability of the software to adapt to any type of business is unique.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visualizations is a very strong point since with them we can show the results of our reports in a clear and objective way, in addition to being very easy to understand, this is a point very in their favor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Perhaps users should be given more options for free, since in this way the person acquires greater skill in handling the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would only recommend having some solid bases in SQL, Power Query and some excel, obviously also being familiar with management indicators, since this will mainly be their use.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Power BI allows you to manage or work simultaneously with the data in an effective and efficient way of source information from different platforms where we store data, it is a tool that allows us a very intuitive visualization that makes working in POWER BI more pleasant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the security that Microsoft provides us, we can be sure of the fibality and guarantee that the data shown does not have any errors. With the paid version you have access to a wide variety of possibilities both for data modeling and for sharing information with other users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the free version you cannot share boards with other users, nor can you publish on the web even temporarily, sometimes the integration with SQL and Excel tends to fail at times, which can be a bit time consuming to look for errors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You must have experience in database management, excel management, power qwery and some formulas in DAX since, being true, the interface is simple when modeling data, it is much better to have clear concepts or to have previously managed programs or languages mentioned.
