What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

It is the most complete and king software on the market, its ease of use and its great set of business intelligence features make it unbeatable software. At the free software level, Pentaho allows you more flexibility, but for non-technical clients it is perfect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I have mentioned, its simplicity of use is its main asset. Personnel without being computer technicians can integrate their data using Excel, a database, etc. and create your first dashboard in minutes. In addition to publishing it on its own cloud, it is great and simple, like everything Microsoft does.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As I have indicated before, for our Spanish clients we need more documentation in Spanish.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since its free version is very complete, I recommend trying it before purchasing. If you are satisfied, you can buy it as the support is great.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Power BI has lot of features compared to the other reporting tools, we can manipulate the data and drill down the report further and the power query options are also amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is the dax function and power query options. I also like the option of invoking python and R codes in power bi and the auto refresh.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't like some of the connectors. the sharepoint connector is not that good simillarly to use API as data source need lot of investigation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the reporting best tool in the market

Its a powerfool Tool for analytics and visualisation. Based one simple excel platform. But DAX function is challenging to learn
