What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

- User friendly UI - Good integration with Teams and all M365 family - Email notification, if there's a task to be done or due date, we'll get notified in the email

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Easy to use task management - Good for small team assignment - Can be integrated into Teams channel for transparency

What do you dislike most about this product?

- there's no customized column, make it difficult to add another task description or classification

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Planner is user friendly and simple task management that can be easily integrated with Microsoft Teams, make it easy for manager to track the progress of the assignment or project

What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

Tasks can be viewed and managed as sticky notes. Sheets can be created multiple times and can be shared by various people. You can categorize them visually with color codes and try extracting specific tasks with tagging and filtering. Ideal for task management. We can create a list (main category) and place cards (small class) in the list. Building a team with multiple users and checking task progress, I am using Microsoft Planner with two subordinates. When the subordinates have completed their entries, a green tag is attached, and when I, the superior, have completed an audit, a blue tag is attached.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use it as a task management application. You can create a workspace for each job that can be sorted by purpose, making it convenient for managing multiple tasks. I also like that using the calendar view in the workspace aligns functions by the due date, so you can see which jobs are expected soon at a glance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The deadline settings are challenging to understand, and there are reminders, but sometimes the deadline passes without realizing it. Too many sheets can make it challenging to understand the problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Things that used to be memorized in the head or written down on paper can now be understood digitally and visually by using this application. In addition, it became easier to understand the team's tasks and work progress. We currently use Microsoft Planner because we need internal task management for each Job. Specific tasks can be easily viewed, and the task status can be managed and shared among the employees involved in the work

The collaboration on task management is unmatched. Microsoft really has it figured out

The collaboration is a huge plus. I also love the visuals provided when it comes to monitoring tasks completion

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really. Least favorite thing was getting everyone to buy in to it

It’s great the collaboration is perfect if you can get everyone on board
