What differentiates Microsoft Planner from other similar products?

Microsoft Planner differs from other planning platforms by the simple fact of belonging to the Office 365 group, in this way, all my Microsoft services can be connected and synchronized in one place and I can get the most out of work planning and pending tasks of each labor sector. This integration into the Office 365 system has been really impressive, since I can maintain a correct flow of data with the help of other Microsoft services, I can design the tasks and share them quickly with my work teams instantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my most outstanding favorite aspects around this platform is the fact that thanks to its great mobile application, I have the ability to create, share, manage and monitor all kinds of tasks of my work employees. I consider that this application is completely optimized, and it manages that the tasks can be kept monitored 24 hours a day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My criticism for this platform is regarding the activity fulfillment reminders and notifications. I love this platform for the fact that it is perfect for managing and keeping track of each of the activities that employees in the various work areas of a company must perform, however, I think they should improve the notification and reminder system Since it is currently not so punctual, it sends notifications and reminders when a certain amount of time has passed since any activity has elapsed. I would like the reminders to be more punctual, to be able to keep a better control.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform works in real time, this ensures that all administrators and activity managers can have exact control of each movement in the pending activities of each employee. Microsoft Planner is perfect for companies that want to maintain a proper order in all their employees and that all areas of the company have the appropriate performance.
