What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to OneDrive in its Business version I store, share and manage my most important data securely, in the cloud, which makes it more practical because I can access from my cell phone as if I were using my desktop computer, my account synchronizes very well on all devices. I don't have to worry about keeping everything on my computer's hard drive and taking up space or slowing it down. I tend to exchange files and collaborate with OneDrive as well, taking advantage of being able to multitask in the same tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When several people are working on the same file, duplicate files are sometimes created, which can complicate management between folders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend integrating it with other Microsoft products (those of daily use). If you require security, storage, sharing and working on documents, one of the best options is this, I also consider that the price is quite affordable coming from such a recognized platform and products, therefore, if your business is still growing, it is a good option. Suitable for any size business.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

One Drive for Business makes it easy to not only store documents but to simplify integration with other products in the Microsoft ecosystem. It provides a unified interface that our users are accustomed to and makes it easy for them to store and share documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to access files from desktop to mobile makes it a seamless part of the user experience. Being able to access critical documents on the go is a major benefit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the access controls compared to another product out there are not yet present. Granular control for different data types needs updating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether starting from scratch or migrating from another platform, having the ability to use a common interface for administration or end user type applications is a great benefit.
