What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

One Drive provides quality of features and very easy to use. I can drag drop files, sharing easily with friends, Real Time Office integration makes it best among others. Previously we used Dropbox but when we tried One Drive I don't think we will go back soon.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is Real Time Integration with office apps like excel, word. We can edit one files from multiple places at the same time and that's save our time a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't find anything for dislike about One Drive. One drive is fast to sync and compatible with all types of files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend this to anyone either for personal purpose or business purpose. You can upload your files on cloud and can easily accessible from anywhere.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

We use this software to keep our files and documents in the cloud, and we can also send uploaded files to the program through links, so that the whole team can access them. All types of documents can be saved, no matter their format, from images and videos, to Word and pdf documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very intuitive and easy to use program, the best thing is that it is completely in the cloud, so computers do not need to store the information, making our files are safer. I like that we can also maintain order within the program, dividing the spaces into folders, plus it has a search engine that allows us to search for files more easily and comfortably.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ability to save files in the cloud is low in its free version, so we have been forced to buy the paid plan, to be able to safely archive our documents. It is also a little slow when opening the program, I do not know if it is because of the heavy files or a problem of the program itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best programs to save and store files in the cloud, because it is so easy to use that intuitively everyone knows how to use it. The ease and security with which I send a file to the work team, makes the tasks are performed smoothly. Besides, I love being able to keep all my documents organized without taking up space in my computer's memory.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

THe offering of Microsoft Office apps is the greatest added benefit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sync is flawless and as soon as I get connected to the internet, the Onedrive syncs up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On occasions, It asks non-registered users to sign up in order to access the files which creates an interruption in data sharing process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Much, much better than Google Workspace. At least in Indian market.
