OneDrive for business its different with other products in one major aspect, it provides the super fast integration among files and team members. Like any one can upload a file and then you can immediately see that file in your device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that, it store the file with the different naming convention like if you are uploading the files with the same name then you can choose to replace or can save with new file name. And somehow we can also set an expiration date for a video file, so that it can delete automatically after some time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike about this product is that, we can not directly share a large file and sometimes it only says 'something went wrong' and nothing other mention. Then you have to make a compressed version or a .zip file

If you want to use this product for your business that require a lot more file sharing with the team members or office colleagues then go for this without hesitation cause its fast and super relieable.

For organizations like mine , where a lot of Microsoft software is used , Onedrive integrates smoothly with other Microsoft tools we use , in a way that is simply impossible if we tried substituting Onedrive with an alternative storage solution. This smooth integration between Onedrive and our core Microsoft software solutions, ensures a cohesive and integrated software environment within my organization , leading to improved data security and surely contributing to overall team productivity too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Am an huge beneficiary of Onedrive's on-demand feature and I have utilized this feature to save storage space on my computer devices . With Onedrive On-demand, I am able to make use of my files directly on Onedrive without first needing to download or synchronize them on my device. It helps me save device space and also helps cut down on bandwidth usage when working from home.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As far as I know and this is widely acknowledged, there is currently no technological barrier that is foolproof against potential data leak on Onedrive or on any other file storage solution. This for me , leaves me wondering how extra careful I have got to be with user permissions to my files, device password etc to prevent my data ever being compromised . Fortunately, I and my organization have been lucky so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will close my eyes to recommend Onedrive to organizations with a lot of Microsoft solutions in place.

If you are an enterprise customer, your contract and discount make adding on OneDrive solutions more appetizing than competing products. The services integrate better than any other competitor can provide, and the updates and security help drive compliance needs.

Team document collaboration abilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’s Microsoft, which at times means that they don’t move as fast as some startups or single lane solutions. However, this isn’t always a bad thing because usually when you truly look under the hood you can find where those solutions have cut corners.
