What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft OneDrive for Business allows data storage and uploading and communication anywhere with all your staff. Data from anywhere to save and distribute. Microsoft OneDrive for Business gives all of your devices a native desktop, browser and mobility. Auto-synchronize access changes in the cloud or sync local file copies to be displayed and edited on your PC or Mac offline. You can see with whom you share files. Each employee can easily release and set certain access rights for their files, depending on the company configuration, through release via the application itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can't synchronize the files in the free version of Microsoft OneDrive for Business offline as opposed to Dropbox or Google Drive. Although we can still manually import the data, you do not want to equate it to the two other storage choices of the cloud version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Cloud Storage Program is really simple to customize Microsoft OneDrive for Business. All we have to do is install the program and connect, irrespective of what you have, your Live or Hotmail account. Pictures are relatively simple to upload, download and organize. Sharing images and folders with email recipients is also helpful. Editing permissions can also be acknowledged or refused. Security is also enhanced by access to the PIN code.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Its excellent integration with Office 365, is great because being part of the same package all the functions to create collaborative environments are really easy to use, saving a lot of time and effort in these management or administration tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect that pleases me most is its collaborative characteristics because the files saved in OneDrive are always up to date, are accessible from any device and can be shared with all the users who collaborate in the file. In addition to sharing a file, the team can collaborate on the same document, see the changes and have real-time conversations on the file.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should improve the speed when viewing the change history of a file that has had multiple modifications because the slowness is noticeable and more when the file has a lot of time to create and has been modified many times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OneDrive is an excellent tool even if it is used with the office 365 suite where its potential is fully exploited thanks to its features and integrated functions for all the products of this Microsoft suite.
