Microsoft OneDrive for Business is user-friendly and efficient for both simple and advanced use cases. While the average user relies on it for file storage and sharing, business app developers can integrate it into analytics workflows using Power Apps or Power Automate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft OneDrive for Business is its integration with Microsoft 365 apps. As the built-in storage for Office Online files, it makes file sharing and team collaboration much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that one of the drawbacks of Microsoft OneDrive for Business is its user interface and file organization, especially when dealing with a large number of diverse files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s important for both users and admins to understand OneDrive for Business access control and file permissions, especially when handling sensitive data or client documents.
