What differentiates Microsoft Intune from other similar products?
Our estate is 99% Microsoft, so using their MDM and capabilities for our devices, management, security, file/data storage was a no brainer. It works, it is easy to use and setup and any issues, Microsoft are just a click away for support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Autopilot for deploying our devices in MDM. We can customise and lockdown our devices to the specific serial number and hardware hashes of the device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Does miss some of the networking capabilities of AWS for routing etc. But we get past this by hosting our customer data in AWS.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just go with it. It's native to Windows based devices, easy to learn and setup. Auditing is great with reports etc and anyone from a level 1 tech can learn it simply enough.

- Unique Features
- Acts with Integrity
