Another Outstanding development by Microsoft!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Microsoft Forms has amazing benefit of branching logic feature, that can be used to send respondents to different questions based on their answers to previous questions. This way, users only see questions that are relevant to them. It is very easy to export form responses and convert them into excel or diagrams like pie chart and bar graphs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Getting the survey results converted into bar graph or pie chart. It instantly gives me an idea as to how many students have understood a topic well!
What do you dislike most about this product?
inability to upload files and it also doesn’t have ready-to-use templates that one can just pick up and continue their job without wasting time on building a new template.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a must use product to conduct surveys, class tests or to collect information regarding anything!
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
The integrations into the Microsoft suite!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it doesn't present itself as spam to the general eye. Microsoft branding helps to make sure that surveys don't get missed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Could have a better preview mode for viewing responses. Viewing a single response at a time is not very efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it if you're already a part of the Microsoft suite!

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Microsoft Forms provides a vast array of templates and themes that can be used directly for surveys or can be customized to fit into the immediate survey needs of the user. This empowers my team to make our surveys as visually appealing as possible to our audience without requiring advanced technical know-how on the part of my team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Form's integration with Microsoft Excel. This is an area where Microsoft Form has greatly excelled and this makes the post survey process of analyzing survey data a lot easier, since Excel is my preferred spreadsheet tool for analyzing data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft Forms collaboration features are simply weak, especially when placed side by side with what is obtainable on some other survey creation software that I have used. Therefore, it is not a seamless process when multiple persons attempt to simultaneously build surveys using Microsoft Forms. The absence of a basic collaboration feature, such as the ability to add comments to surveys during the process of creation just goes to show how weak Microsoft Form is in the aspect of collaboration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft is best fitted for departments tilting towards a Microsoft software ecosystem.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Security Protects
