In order to track customers and important sales KPIs, we use it. What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer-friendly Microsoft Dynamics 365 can be used. The process of entering information is often tough for new users. You may have difficulty navigating through the site as a result. Problems with interdependencies between solutions are possible. With paperwork, this can be a problem. As a result, when licensing through a third-party, it's crucial to stay up to date on license model changes. You may find it challenging to seek the right support because of its complexity Don't overdo it with customizations to prevent building a huge backlog of unneeded automation tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

CRM programs are plentiful in the market, but Microsoft Dynamics, with its whole Microsoft ecosystem, is an ideal choice for any major corporation. Our implementation plan, on the other hand, was handled by a third-party consultant we hired. Customer Relationship Management A cloud-based ERP application, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is built on Microsoft's cloud platform. Intelligent virtual agents offer a range of customer service channels. With this software, you can also integrate it with other Office apps.
