What differentiates Microsoft SQL Server from other similar products?

Microsoft SQL Server is the ideal solution to utilize since it has excellent data recovery support, high security, simple storage management, and a user-friendly interface. Shrink transactions are a feature that makes it simple for me. It is also very simple to utilize triggers and jobs, and it is simple to use via the Intranet. Working with many users is also a breeze. Good database management and data integration products are available. The Microsoft SQL server is fairly reliable and capable of responding to numerous requests for data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features of Microsoft SQL Server that I appreciate the most are its scalability and resilience, which enable it to manage huge and complicated databases with ease, and its easy connection with other Microsoft products and services, such as Azure. It can help me manage my databases for practically any project and is reliable, safe, and quick. If I properly index my tables, I won’t have any problems as the write and read speed is fantastic even for huge databases. The requirements of enterprise-level applications are catered for by SQL Server, which can scale to support huge databases and significant transaction volumes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Installation-related settings and configuration can take a very long time. Making a mistake now could result in a challenging configuration returning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ms. SQL server efficiently manages the data of an organization and rarely, experiences any problems. It requires very little upkeep once set up. The Teamcenter integration is more seamless than the Oracle integration. The SQL Server Management Studio program makes it simple for me to clone a production setup when I need to. Additionally, Microsoft offers a wealth of documentation and support materials for SQL Server.

What differentiates Microsoft SQL Server from other similar products?

High Performance and scalability options. A large amount of growing data can be handled effortlessly. The in-memory processing feature boosts the performance of the query.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Direct integration with other products like PowerBI, Direct querying, and visualization can be done from other products of the Microsoft ecosystem and in many other cloud platforms. Indexing, column stores, etc provides exceptional query optimization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a bit issue with platform dependency as they work well on Windows but on the platforms like Linux, mac the full capacity and features may not be available as in Windows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS SQL knowledge is a must for any person in the data field. Make efforts to learn it at least up to the intermediate level.
