The fact that it integrates so well with our email setup.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The AD connection, just makes administration so much easier for my team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is fairly high and im not able to use some of what's available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have the money to invest in Azure, i highly recommend it.
