What differentiates Mercer | Mettl Assessments from other similar products?
Email and correspondence Consistent thinking SQL Space skill phases of preparation. So we needed to give test on METTL paltform. I have involved it for 30+ tests. Inventory network, coding, data set all wide scope of semister phases of preparation used to be there and results used to be shared rapidly post test. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?
Upon logging in first, I found the interface to be a little tricky. But as within two minutes, I got the drift of the software and everything else seemed smooth. More coding questions. Need to to have more IDEs and also auto syntax option to be enabled. Although the tool was very efficient, it would have been better if there was an option to view all the 'yet to start' and 'not started' respondents as one go, rather than checking under each seeker's tab.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best thing of this tool is that it can be used for multiple purposes. Whether you want to train your employees or give them deserving appraisals, you can simply use this tool to get suggestions and honest feedback from peers, managers, and other employees to know about the contribution of each employees. First of all you need to understand your needs before opting a software, meanwhile you can find many similar software's, and also you can have a trial on those software's and can understand which one is perfect for you. Some examples: Ciso Cybersecurity, Infinity Infoway, RD ISL, Diversified Busines Solution, Wheebox, UMC Technologies.
