I have not used any other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Secure way to communicate with patients rather than see them in person. When it works, it's fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately, we have a lot of tech issues. Many times people will be unable to connect audio or video.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know that tech issues are frequent and have workaround procedures in place. Tech support is good when needed.
