What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

It is much easier to use than other competing products, and it allows me to preserve data and makes articles from the previous five months available to me whenever I need them. This gives it a distinct advantage over other programs because it is comprehensive and simple to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instead of depending on several platforms to deliver the data we want, the social media team at our firm has been able to combine their efforts into a single platform, which has allowed us to save time and resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be fantastic if there was some way to customize the reports (for example, by being able to reorder the slides, choose from a selection of fonts, and combine the report metrics from Explore and Analyze into a single report).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Meltwater is an excellent choice for accommodating all of the services that you require in an one location if you have a variety of requirements that you would like met.

What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

This program stands out from similar ones on account of the ease with which it can be utilized and the helpful workspaces that allow users to switch between various perspectives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since our initial interaction, the Linkfluence staff has been nothing but professional. We collaborated with them on a social listening study, and they were helpful and insightful throughout. Strategically speaking, the outputs and suggestions were far superior to what was anticipated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not all of the results were what we had hoped for, but we now have a better idea of what to anticipate in future social listening investigations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even though I think it's great, it's important to set aside a significant amount of time in the first week to learn the basics of the program and get everything set up properly, including the volume. While this was first frustrating, the support staff quickly became invaluable. Additionally, there appears to be some randomness in determining whether a parse is positive or negative; hopefully, this will be addressed in future updates. When compared to similar products, its price is average.

What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

We can work as a marketing group through the software created by Meltwater, its tools seem very intuitive and it does almost everything we want it to do, it is worth mentioning that at the beginning the account configuration was not easy and it took us some time to do it, then when we understood it well we got an excellent analysis for the management team and complementing the productivity of our agents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an excellent software that analyzes and studies digital media and keeps an eye on social media. It is very easy due to the tracking it does on media and social coverage plus it is very fluid and modern. i have been able to update many agents in a maximum of 2 days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should create a support system or a specialized customer service to the introduction of the program due to the level of complexity in its learning curve which generates delay in the staff in addition to problems such as languages/news that had nothing to do with our sector. In addition to additional prices for each new tool that can be very helpful for us has as always and additional cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Meltwater can be recommended for large management companies that can afford its license, because it is a great platform with interface, but the cost is somewhat high, but we are satisfied with the quality of service and ease of use, so there is no real need to change us for another software for the fact that we do a quality marketing management.
