What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

Works on mobile as well as desktops. It comes as a complete social media marketing tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows you to do social media listening and engagement so you can gain perspective of your digital pool of clients and what they say about your product. Allows you to set up influencers that are key as contacts and this way you are able to see when they post though alerts and what they post and reply on their pages. It also allows you to make a contact list of these key influencers so that any time your brand has a new product or event or new news word can get out to them directly. It runs sentiment analysis on posts and is able to also create reports of the results of the analysis to see how people feel about your brand and products so that you can make better decisions concerning the same. The search function is very powerful as it allows you to set three keywords per search, this way one is able to filter posts that you are not interested in.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly Meltwater has helped us greatly since we started using it in 2018 , the features keep on improving and so we dislike nothing about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Meltwater is an amazing media intelligence and social monitoring software, it allows you do so much i the digital space so your brand can gain more influence. It offers capabilities such as sentiment analysis, tracking of conversations, management of contacts, filtering of keywords, client targeting, content management and even automatic publishing. The features are rich and very capable. I highly recommend Meltwater.
